When should my puppy come in for it’s first groom?
It’s important that your new pupply is groomed as soon as possible, so they learn to know it as a positive experience. It is recommended for young pups that their first visit is between 10-12 weeks (and after their first vaccination)
How long will it take to groom my dog?
Groom times will depend on the service requested and the temperament of the dog. We do not rush the dog through the process. Everything we do is to maintain a calm and stress free environment. An estimate time can be provided to you at time of booking. We will txt you when the groom is complete and your dog is ready for collection.
What if I cannot pick up my dog straight away?
If you are unable to collect your dog within 30 minutes of your txt notification, then you can take advantage of our dog sitting service for an additional fee of $25 per 2 hours.
Can I stay and watch?
Your dog will attempt to get close to you while you are here. They will jump and wiggle and that is not safe whilst we groom. Your dog’s groom will start after your pet is dropped off and has settled. We will contact you when they are ready to be picked up.
