Dog Behaviour: We respect the health and safety of your dog as well as our team.  If we deem at any time that the behaviour of the dog makes it unsafe to continue, we will stop the groom and advise you to come and collect your dog.  We reserve the right to muzzle your dog if we believe it is necessary to do so. The full grooming charge will still apply.

Dog Health: We are not liable for any adverse reaction the grooming process may have on a pre-existing medical condition.  We take every care to ensure your dogs safety during their time with us.  We will advise you if there is anything of note that we believe should be addressed with your vet.

Fleas and Ticks: If fleas are found on your dog, then we will use a flea treatment and the cost as such will be added to your grooming fee. The treatment and fee for this is not negotiable. If ticks are found, we will remove.  We will not be held responsible for any infection caused by the tick or the removal.

Coat Condition: We practice humanity before vanity.  If we are presented with a dog that is matted, then we will make a decision that is in the best interest of the dog whether we remove the coat, or demat. 

Missed Appointments: No-shows and missed appointments will incur a no-show fee of $25.  We send out reminder texts as a courtesy only, the responsibility of making your appointment is with you.  

Cancellations: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments without incurring any fees.  Cancellations within this time frame, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. We understand that unexpected situations do occur and allow each client ONE short notice cancellation with no fee as long as that appointment is rebooked within 48 hours of that cancellation for the next available grooming space.
